Wonderful experience. My rearview mirror had fallen off and needed to be reglued. It was a heavy mirror and the attachment process was a little complicated. I brought it in and a very courteous employee helped me. He took my car and glued on the mounting part. It just took a few minutes. Then I came back two days later and he mounted the mirror in just a few minutes. Great service all the way around! Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with AutoGlassNow from start to finish. Scheduling online was quick and easy, and when I realized I had a conflict with my original appointment, they were more than happy to adjust the service day and time without any hassle. A special thank you to Heather at the front counter. She was friendly, professional, and did a fabulous job making the entire process smooth. She helped get me checked in and back on the road with very little waiting. If you're dealing with a chipped or cracked windshield, I highly recommend reaching out to AutoGlassNow. Their customer service, flexibility, and professionalism made the experience stress-free. I'll definitely use them again if I ever need auto glass service. the referral came from my friends at centerville Auto Service

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. They took my vehicle in soon after, and completed windshield replacement and calibration within an hour. I greatly appreciate their expedient service. Also, their price was well below competitors. And since I was paying out of pocket, this was a great deal all around. I will definitely use them for any glass repair or replacement I have in the future

My daughter watched over the installation and said the repairman was professional, courteous, and efficient. The glass was completely removed from the car and area.

Unfortunately, I discovered a crack in my windshield Monday after leaving a program that I had attended. I called Auto Glass Now and asked about repair to my windshield. Based upon the size of the crack and the fact that it had spread so quickly, I was told that it would need to be replaced. I gave the woman in customer service the vehicle year, make and model. She provided me with a quick quote and scheduled me for the following Tuesday morning. I was told that it would take an hour. I arrived earlier than my scheduled time on Tuesday. I was greeted with kind words and a smile. Shortly thereafter, a young man asked for my keys. In less than an hour, my windshield was repaired and I was ready to go on my way. I was provided with my receipt and information regarding care for the newly installed windshield. After providing the payment which was very reasonable, the young lady came from around the counter and we hugged each other. What wonderful customer service and how personable she was towards me. She made me feel valued. Thank you to Auto Glass Now and their employees for a stress-free experience. I highly recommend Auto Glass Now.
